Tasting Notes: Our Chardonnay is a rich and creamy California Chardonnay sourced from some of the best vineyards in the Central Coast.  The nose is pronounced with strong aromas of baked apple, Asian pear and cinnamon.  Our medium bodied Chardonnay has mild acidity and bright flavors of banana and vanilla with a long spicy finish that is sure to
please.

Pairings: Chardonnay pairs perfectly with light and delicate food. Try pairing with a brie appetizer.For diner, pair with steamed or grilled fish, chicken or risotto with spring vegetables.
